Vadim Shiryaev
Vadim Shiryaev is an international business expert in development strategies, knowledge management and innovation, based in Moscow, Russia. He is the official representative of the MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) Awards for Russia.
He specialises in Knowledge Asset Management (KAM), Positioning and Co-creation, and
creating and managing multicultural, cross-functional, geographically scattered teams.
Key achievements:
Vadim created his own technology for making innovation and customers involvement, called H.E.A.R.T-management; he developed a technology for managing decision-making process in the group called Flash Point; he founded the Jack Trout’s School of Positioning in Russia and created a business environment (software) for the development of strategic decisions called mCloud 2.0.
Vadim studied in Great Britain, USA and Japan and has visited more than 50 countries and 200 cities in the world.
Vadim has participated in key world conferences and international round tables on Knowledge Management at KM Asia (Singapore), KM UK (London), Knowledge Summit (Mumbai), ICKE (Cape Town), KM UK conference 2013.
Vadim has received over 50 Russian and international awards since 1998.
