Knowledge Management Certification

Knowledge Associates offer Knowledge Management Certification that can, optionally, lead to University Accreditation (15 credits), at Masters Degree level, for Knowledge Management and Knowledge Asset Management. The Accreditation Recognition Agreement is between Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and Chelmsford, UK, and Knowledge Associates Cambridge Ltd. Knowledge Associates are the first Cambridge, UK higher executive education organisation to offer such programmes since 2007.

We recognise that students, managers and executives will wish to develop their professional careers at their own pace, so we offer regular ‘face to face’ lectures and programmes in key cities internationally, and we are continually developing virtual web-based modules and assignments, supported by our virtual faculty around the world.

The body of knowledge that we teach is based on the European Commission endorsed research (2003) and validation of a framework, methodology, tools and techniques.

Since 2003 this body of knowledge has been significantly improved to now ensure that competent practitioners will be able to fully meet the requirements to implement Knowledge Management initiatives according to the published ISO Global Standards.

Currently, our programmes are based on several published ISO Standards,  as follows :

  • ISO 9001 (2015) Quality Management Standard that includes the need to manage Organisational Knowledge
  • ISO 30401 (2018) Knowledge Management Standard
  • ISO 5000 (2014) Asset Management Standard that includes tangible and intangible assets and the need to develop a Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).

Details of our Certification and Accreditation Programmes for Knowledge Management and Knowledge Asset Management can be found here.
