During Qtr 2 2017 we will be running a new 2/3 day workshop ‘Implementing KAM to develop into a Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise’.

To ensure maximum attention, and highest value, we are limiting this programme to a maximum of 15 delegates only.

In essence, the workshop will cover the following:

a) examine the MAKE criteria in detail

b) examine how Knowledge Asset Management (KAM) maps directly to the MAKE criteria in detail

c) assess the current reality against both MAKE criteria and KAM Strategic Imperatives

d) produce a strategic plan for developing the organization towards a MAKE Award
