(End BSI Invitation)

I see this BS ISO 30401 international knowledge management standard as a major step forward. It will enable KM practitioners, educators and consultants to help organisations better achieve their objectives and world class business excellence. I strongly believe that, through the implementation of knowledge management driven principles and standards, organisations will become more innovative, more competitive, and more able to thrive in the knowledge economy.

Hi Ron. Good to see the webinar is on. And it’s hard to believe that the publication date is only a fortnight away! I hope it can start a step change, or even a revolution, in the way organisations see knowledge and its manageability.
    Best wishes

Hi Dion, Thanks. I think the international standard will be a great step forward and, hopefully, it will help to eliminate confusion and focus instead on turning effective principles of KM into effective requirements.
